Projects
We have experience across a broad spectrum of regeneration projects since 1995, a sample of which includes:
- The formation, development and management of the Cannock Chase Business Improvement District (BID) the first industrial BID for the region that runs for a five-year term 2007- 2012, managing a budget for regeneration of £750,000
- Metro Business Partnership – managing the business parks in Wolverhampton and formation of
ongoing steering groups - funded in a partnership between the local authority and the business community - Business engagement and establishing employment opportunities in the area for tenants of Heantun Housing – a housing association in Bilston – funded by the social housing company
- Chase Space – management of managed office space for a private company – ongoing contract
- Chase Store – management of a storage company for a private company– ongoing contract
- Berry Hill – established a business park forum – as requested by the local authority
- Burntwood – managed business parks and established forums – permanent dedicated co-ordinator delivering improvements and regenerating the area
- Droitwich – assisted traders in forming business forums and self-help groups
- Sandy Lane – created a business forum and acted as full-time coordinator – funded by the local
authority regenerating the area and delivering tangible improvements - Cannock business parks – establishing business park forums and carrying out business park management, obtaining grants from the local authority and the EU for businesses, improving and regenerating ten business parks – forming a Limited by Guarantee Company ‘Image Business Partnerships’ which progressed to become the BID Company for the area
- Four Ashes – surveyed the business community for the local authority
- North Warwickshire – surveyed the business community in Coleshill for the local authority
- Coventry – survey work on business parks for the Local Authority
- Middlesbrough – carried out survey work and reports and established business forums – funded by the local authority
- Management of the EBus and the Net Bus – delivering IT training and education for businesses – funded by AWM
- Lichfield, Wombourne and Walsall - carried out survey work and questionnaires for the local authority
- Consultation and proposals for Tamworth, Telford, Manchester and County Durham
- Acquiring grant funding for your region’s business community
